ARSONISTS are believed to be responsible for a car fire outside Poole Park Community Centre, Winwick Road.
A fire crew from Chester attended the scene at 3.18pm on Monday, February 7, and extinguished the burning Ford Escort that, it is believed, had been stolen.
Fire crews at Warrington were taking part in an exercise at Thorn Cross Young Offenders' Institute at the time.
