THE 13th annual 5km ladies race at Birchwood Forest Park is being held this Wednesday.
Spectrum Striders Running Club invites women runners to the forest park for the event at 7.30pm.
The traffic free course is on good paths through parkland and is open to women aged over 15.
Entry is £3 affiliated, £4 unaffiliated (£1 extra on the day).
