A DAY is a long time in politics and in the Big Brother house.
So a week is like an eternity – especially when you are playing heaven and hell.
Since nominations last week Darnell has upset enough of his housemates to go from one of the least nominated to facing the public vote.
It is a dramatic turnaround and one that came courtesy of his stint as head of house. I expect when he learns he is one of the chosen three he will not take it well given his complex about not fitting in and not being liked.
Meanwhile, some things do not change.
Bex is up for the vote on Friday along with Greedy Mo.
There's no doubt Darnell will be safe, but it could be a close run thing between Bex and Mo.
It is a classic case of the character versus the non-entity.
A fine balance between whether Bex has upset enough viewers for them to want to get her out, or whether Mo has done so little that not enough people will want him to stay.
Given the editing in recent weeks I am sure Big Brother will do its best to keep Bex in given her blossoming 'relationship' with creepy Luke.
It will be the most unpredictable eviction so far and definitely one worth watching.
I urge you to use your democratic right to vote and get rid of Bex, and she will be totally unbearable if she actually thinks people love her on the outside.
