IF I was editor of Big Brother, the first 'big reveal' of nominations would be the easiest night of the year.

The show follows the same format every year; a few clips of the nervous housemates as they speculate who will be up as they avoid their chosen nominees, the big reveal with close ups of the disgruntled named trying not to look bothered and then the rest of the show following the backlash of their reaction.

However, last night revealing who was up for eviction seemed irrelevant as proir to the show it was announced that this week's eviction would not take place due to the abrupt removal of bully Alexandra.

And so the episode became a showcase for the reasons why Alexandra got the boot.

Last night's victim was once happy-go-lucky Mohamed who was accused of being a 'disgrace to his religion' due to the fact he had dressed as a woman at his birthay party.

With the constant references to Islam and being a Muslim it seems that Big Brother is once again drawn into a race row.

Alexandra's aggressive dressing down of Mohamed played on all of his fears and left him struggling to defend his corner. Using phrases like 'your behaviour makes me feel sick'.

Alexandra didn't mince her words and successfully dug her own grave. At the risk of turning this blog political I feel the need to point out that perhaps a smoking, drinking, foul-mouthed, short-skirt wearing Muslim who is KICKED OUT of the Big Brother house for threatening behaviour is not the best representation of the religion either.

Within last night's show Alexandra suprisingly appeared to have taken her nomination well. Mario seemed to struggle more as it was clear from his expression that it came as a shock.

However, as Mario has been given a 'get out of jail free' card he lives to 'manage' the house one more week. He won't be back in Warrrington for at least another week.

I think another week in the house is exactly what Mario needs. As he has finally taken a back seat on the tasks his true personality is coming through and aside from his self proclaimed 'managment style' he is actually dare I say it... quite nice.

The scene where he laughed at Darnell's karate attepts had me in stitches. I think as he starts to forget about the cameras we'll see a much more human version of the Italian Stallion.

Remember I told you.
