A PROPERTY finance lender has surpassed a major lending milestone.
Goldentree Financial Services, which is based in Birchwood, underwrote more than £10 million in development and bridging finance last month.
The business, a specialist lender, also conducted site visits for an additional £10.5 million in potential loans.

The recent figures reflect a growing demand from property developers for funding partners who can offer rapid, informed lending decisions, particularly on complex projects.
Among the latest loans completed by Goldentree was a net facility of just under £2 million for a mixed-use scheme in South West London.
The project includes a commercial property and three residential flats.
The loan was used to refinance existing debt and release more than £300,000 in equity on day one, giving the borrower immediate liquidity to move forward with the next phase of the development.
The scheme is being delivered by a contractor with a previous track record working with Goldentree, highlighting the lender's established connections in the property sector.
In addition to its lending activity, Goldentree has continued to invest in its relationships with brokers.
The firm recently exhibited at the NACFB Commercial Finance Expo at Birmingham’s NEC and hosted a broker padel networking event in Manchester, which brought together 16 brokers from across the development and bridging finance market.
Further broker engagement events are planned for later in the year as Goldentree continues to strengthen its network and industry presence.
This momentum follows the lender's recent recognition as a Highly Commended company in the Best Development Lender category at the Bridging & Commercial Awards.
