A SPECIALIST private dental practice in a Warrington village has been sold after attracting 'significant buyer interest'.
Bhawani’s Dental Care in Culcheth, established in 2016, was bought by first-time buyer and qualified hygienist Asad Jabbar following a confidential sale process managed by Christie and Co.
The practice, which features two surgeries and advanced dental technology, was sold by Dr Santanu Chatterjee, who plans to remain in a clinical role but step back from management.
Cathy Murphy, a senior business agent at Christie and Co, said: "The practice was a unique opportunity, located in a highly desirable area and presented to an outstanding specification.
"Buyer activity was significant, with multiple competitive offers received.
"We were delighted to agree the sale to a first-time buyer who is well placed to grow the site further and build on its strong foundations."
Mr Jabbar had been searching for a private clinic for some time with his wife, who is a GP.
The sale price remains undisclosed.
