ONE of comedy’s quirkiest stage psychics is bringing his supernatural antics to town.

Clinton Baptiste, the flamboyant medium from Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights, will appear at Parr Hall in Warrington on Thursday, February 11, 2027, as part of his Spectral Intercourse tour.

The fictional character, played by comedian Alex Lowe, ‘communicates’ with the spirit world through a unique blend of comedy and chaos.

Mr Baptiste said: "This will be the biggest and best show I've ever done.

"What's more, spirit has promised to turn up to every venue on the tour and be at its spooky best!"

Clinton Baptiste made his TV debut on Peter Kay’s hit series Phoenix Nights and quickly gained cult status.

Since then, the character has achieved a cult following and has embarked on four sold-out UK tours.

In addition to his stage performances, Mr Baptiste presents the Clinton Baptiste’s Paranormal Podcast, where listeners can enjoy more of his humorous ‘psychic’ escapades.

Mr Lowe, the comedian behind the character, has worked alongside Peter Kay on That Peter Kay Thing, where he played Sparky.

He is also known for his long-running character Barry from Watford, an elderly gent who featured regularly on Steve Wright’s BBC radio afternoon show.

Outside of comedy characters, Mr Lowe has appeared on a wide range of British TV programmes, including Brassic, The Fast Show, This Time With Alan Partridge, and Cold Feet.

Tickets for Clinton Baptiste: Spectral Intercourse start from £29.50 and are expected to sell quickly, given the comedian’s track record of sold-out tours.
