AN 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated criminal damage following an incident at a mosque in Warrington.
At 9am last Monday, a window was smashed at the mosque on Arpley Street before a man was seen making off from the scene.
Police made an appeal for information following the incident.
Since then a 18-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated criminal damage.
He has been released on conditional bail.
