QUEUES have started forming on the M6 after a lorry has shed its load near junction 21, Woolston, outside Warrington.
The incident was first reported at 4.39pm at the southbound entry slip at the junction.
The shed load has caused the closure of one lane.
Traffic is already extending back to junction 20, Lymm, and normal traffic conditions are expected to return between 6.45pm and 7pm.
