The warrant was issued after Geoffrey Moran failed to appear in court.
A WARRANT has been put out for the arrest of a man who failed to appear in Warrington Magistrates’ Court for sexual assault charges.
Geoffrey Moran, of Edward Street in Manchester, was charged with two counts of sexual assault.
The incidents, which took place in Warrington, occurred on two different days – one on June 27 2022, and another the following day on June 28.
Moran, 42, pleaded not guilty to both charges on March, 18 2023 but was convicted on January 12,
He was due to reappear in Warrington Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, May 14, but failed to do so.
A warrant has now been issued.
