Penketh Library wants your memories of the area to celebrate local history month in May
FIND out about the history of Warrington at a talk at Penketh Library this month.
Historian Janice Hayes will give a talk based on her book the A-Z of Warrington on Thursday, May 23.
It starts at 7pm with tickets £2.50.
Organised by the Friends group and to mark Local and Community History month, Janice will take people on a fascinating A-Z tour of the town.
From Roman Wilderspool via a lost Medieval castle to the Town Hall and its Golden Gates.
