AN investigation has been launched into the theft of materials from a town centre building site.
Cheshire Police is urging traders to be aware if they are offered aluminium sheeting rolls for sale from an unreputable source.
It follows the theft of four such rolls from a construction site on Palmyra Square North.
This was reported at 11.41am last Monday, March 18, with the burglary occurring overnight.
A week on, officers have launched an appeal for information over the incident.
The force’s Warrington Police team said: “Last weekend, a town centre building site suffered a theft of four aluminium sheeting rolls.
