A WARRINGTON business has yet again been named one of the best places to work in the country.

No Brainer, based in Stockton Heath, has made a prestigious list which recognises the nation’s best workplaces.

The content agency, once described as the coolest in Warrington, was listed at number 82 in the list of top companies by Great Places to Work, making its debut in the small business category.

No Brainer was also ranked at number 16 in the list of best workplaces in the advertising and marketing category across the UK.

Great Places to Work is recognised as a global authority on workplace culture, wellbeing and happiness and has been conducting its surveys for more than 30 years. More than 250,000 employees of companies all over the UK were surveyed to work out the rankings for 2024.

Michaela Leech, No Brainer’s people and operations Director, said: "At the end of 2023, we secured official ‘Great Place to Work’ status for the first time, so to now be named as one of the best workplaces in the UK is unbelievable!

"We work so hard on creating a place to work where people feel comfortable, happy and able to do their best work. We celebrate each other's differences, and we are relentlessly focused on protecting and enhancing our team culture in lots of ways.

"We have some really amazing ideas to take things even further in terms of being a great place to work, so I'm really excited that we can all help drive forward so many exciting plans.”

In December 2023, No Brainer revealed it had secured official ‘Great Place to Work’ status after recording an overall employee satisfaction rating of 95 per cent - one of the highest scores in the country.

The agency also secured official B Corp status in January this year and is one of the only agencies of its type in Cheshire to have picked up the accreditation.
