A TEENAGE girl who was reported missing has been located.

A missing person appeal was launched last week in a bid to find Daisy Hogan-Barry.

The 17-year-old, who has links to Warrington, went missing from the west Cornwall area on Tuesday, February 20.

Devon and Cornwall Police issued multiple appeals for information in the hope of finding her, including the release of CCTV images and urging people to call 999.

However, the force has confirmed today, Monday, that Daisy, believed to be a former Warrington and Vale Royal College student, has been found.

A spokesman said: “Police have now located 17-year-old Daisy Hogan-Barry, who was reported missing from the west Cornwall area.

“She was located safe and well yesterday, Sunday.

“Officers would like to thank the public and the media for the sharing of our appeal.”

In its appeal, Devon and Cornwall Police said it believed Daisy caught a train from Penzance to London.

The last known sighting of Daisy before she was found was at Paddington railway station in London on February 20 at around 5.30pm.

Officers released CCTV images of Daisy that were taken at Penzance and Paddington stations.

DI Becca Ellis previously said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen or spoken to Daisy on this journey to help us with our enquiries.

“Daisy's family and friends would like to hear from her.

“We are concerned for her welfare and our enquiries are continuing to try to locate her.”
