EACH year, diners look forward to a special event held at a Chinese restaurant in Warrington.
The Choy Hing Village, which has stood in Grappenhall for more than 35 years, is known for its Lunar New Year celebrations.
It usually brings a traditional lion dance and drums to the restaurant to mark the occasion.
And this year was no different.
In fact, due to popular demand, owners Kieng Tang and Kwun Chan decided to host the performance, which is a symbol of good fortune and wisdom, across two nights this year.
On both nights, as well as the performance, diners enjoyed a five-course banquet.
The owners have thanked their customers for supporting the evening as well as their staff who worked extra hard across the Lunar New Year period.
