WARRINGTON’S Hotpod Yoga is offering free classes to local businesses in a bid to improve wellbeing in the workplace.

The firm has already been working with a number of businesses who have brought their teams to the pod.

Following these visits to Hotpod Yoga, employees are reporting a positive uplift in their general wellbeing after just one or two classes.

“This got us thinking about casting the net wider, in reaching out to all local businesses to offer their employees a free yoga class to help them feel the benefits that hot yoga can bring,” the team told the Warrington Guardian.

“There is no catch – we simply want to share the love across town and see if we can create more happy, sweaty faces.”

Businesses across Warrington have already come forward to make use of this offer.

Hotpod Yoga is a ‘one-of-a-kind’ experience that caters to all levels from beginners to long-time practitioners through an adaptable vinyasa-based flow.

And as soon as you enter the pod you’ll feel transported as it is filled with flowing lights, rhythmic beats, and aromatic scents in 37°C heat.

It is owned by Warrington resident Stuart Lawton who initially decided to give Hotpod Yoga a try himself due to the levels of stress and anxiety he was facing.

“Yoga has been a gateway to a much better life for me and that has had a huge impact on my relationships in every way,” Stuart previously said.
