A DEVELOPMENT in a ‘sought-after’ area of Warrington is almost complete.
The final homes are now up for grabs at Orchard Meadows in Appleton.
All of the remaining properties are three or four bedrooms which developers David Wilson Homes say suit first-time buyers, downsizers, and families alike.
The first residents moved into Orchard Meadows back in 2021.
