A FORMER nursery is now home to some of the poshest lettings in Warrington.
Located on Bewsey Road, the site is now home to a house of multiple occupancy (HMO).
It was once home to The Town House Day Nursery, however the property on Bewsey Road has now been completely renovated.
Pictures of the new facility show just how luxurious it is.
Inside, 10 bedrooms can be found, all of which have their own ensuite.
Some rooms have a kitchenette and the facility even boasts a soundproof cinema.
“This isn’t the typical HMO,” managing agent Bruno Fernandes said.
“It is one of the most luxurious and it is of the highest standard possible.”
