DRIVERS blocking pavements in Lymm have been fined.
Police issued fixed penalty notices to vehicles parked on the pavement on Church Road and Pepper Street.
The vehicles had ‘left no safe place’ for pedestrians to get past.
Police urge drivers to be more thoughtful about parents with pushchairs and disabled people in wheelchairs.
