THIS Warrington company which makes staff feel ‘valued and empowered’ has been named one of the best places to work in the country.

No Brainer, based in Wilderspool, is a search-driven content agency and has been recognised as one of the UK’s best workplaces after securing official ‘Great Place to Work’ status.

The agency picked up the certification after recording an overall employee satisfaction rating of 95 per cent.

Putting it among the country’s best performing organisations for workplace culture and happiness.

Located on Greenall’s Avenue, No Brainer specialises in digital PR, SEO and content, and currently employs a team of 17 people.

Michaela Leech, an operations director at the company, said: “We are so happy to be officially certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’, as the organisation is a global authority on workplace culture, wellbeing and happiness. It’s a huge achievement for us.

“This recognition is a testament to our relentless focus on making No Brainer a place where everyone in our team enjoys being and feels valued and empowered to do their best work.”

The agency earned the certification after recording some impressive results from the evaluation with areas such as support (98 per cent), respect (97 per cent), collaboration (97 per cent), Caring (97 per cent), Fairness (97 per cent) and competence (97 per cent) all ranking highly.

Along with being granted the ‘Great Place to Work’ accreditation, No Brainer was also shortlisted in the coveted UK Company Culture Awards earlier this year in three categories:  Best Working Environment, Best Team Culture and Best Agency to Work for (Small).
