A PRISONER is set to appear in court over an incident in a Warrington prison.
Paul Breeze is set to appear before Warrington Magistrates’ Court this morning, Friday, over the incident.
The 40-year-old, whose address on court documents is given as HM Prison Risley, is charged with causing the administer of a noxious thing with intent to injure, aggrieve or annoy.
The particulars of the charge allege that Breeze, as a prisoner at the Warrington Road facility, maliciously administered urine on a female prison officer.
This is alleged to have occurred on Tuesday, December 5.
