A UNIT formerly occupied by a bar and pizzeria is listed on the market.

Parlour opened in Time Square in September last year, but it lasted less than a year before closing its doors to customers.

It promised to bring a taste of New York to Warrington with 22-inch pizzas, small plates, salads as well as craft beers, wine and cocktails – featuring local spirits with a focus on gin and rum.

Warrington Guardian:

Its aim was to bring a ‘laid-back, independent, neighbourhood atmosphere’ to the development – but signage and furniture at the unit has since been removed.

Now, unit four at the flagship £142million leisure precinct development is listed as being available with Read Properties.

According to the listing, the unit is in a prime town centre location, between The Botanist and Cineworld and immediately facing Warrington Market.

Warrington Guardian:

The ‘popular commercial, leisure and hospitality location’ unit is also ‘suitable for multiple uses subject to the relevant planning being achieved’.

It is added in the listing that the unit is around 3,700 square feet in size and is available by way of a new lease for a term from three years.

The rental is listed as ‘price on application’ and the service charge is listed as £8,034.38+VAT from April 1 to March 31.
