A VACANT unit at Time Square in Warrington town centre is now ‘under offer’.
The unit in question is the ground floor space on the corner of Dolmans Lane and Bridge Street.
It was previously occupied by Heavenly Desserts in the flagship £142million leisure precinct development.
The chain branded itself as ‘the ultimate luxury dessert experience’, boasting an extensive range of sweet treats.
It said it was ‘delighted’ to be opening and serving a dish for all the family, but it has since shut up shop in the town.

Hotpod Yoga opened on the first floor of the building in September, but the ground floor remains deserted.
According to a listing with Read Properties, the unit, which is on the market for a rental of £30,000 per annum, is ‘under offer’.
The page says that it is in a prime and popular town centre location with high street.
The premises are available by the way of a new lease for a term from three years, with a service charge of £4,781.73 per annum and business rates of a rateable value of £24,750.
