A POPULAR music festival held in Warrington since 2018 will not take place next year.
It has been confirmed that Neighbourhood Weekender will not be happening in 2024, despite taking place in the town each year (apart from lockdown) since 2018.
Making the announcement on social media, it has been confirmed that the festival will return in 2025.
Posting online, the festival's organisers said: "Neighbourhood Weekender will be taking a break in 2024 but we'll be back in 2025.
"More news on dates and line up next year."

The festival has traditionally taken place at Victoria Park across the May bank holiday weekend.
Last year's line-up included artists such as Pulp, Paul Heaton, Ella Henderson, Scouting for Girls, the Wombats, and more.
In the past, acts like Liam Gallagher, Courteeners, George Ezra, Sam Fender, and Lewis Capaldi have all performed at the Warrington-based festival.
The festival's organisers have not confirmed why the decision has been made to pull the plug on Weekender 2024.
