A PUB in Cinnamon Brow is offering children's meals for a discounted rate during half-term.

The Millhouse, off Ballater Drive, is offering 'tasty and nutritious' children's meals for just £3 this half-term.

From now until November 3, you can bag a children's meal for less than the price of a lunchtime meal deal at the popular Cinnamon Brow pub.

The discounted meals are part of a scheme being run by the Joseph Holt brewery, of which The Millhouse is a part.

A statement from the brewery reads: "A pub meal is a delicious way to enjoy family time during half-term. With this in mind, a 174-year-old family business - the Joseph Holt brewery - is offering the chance to feed kids a tasty and nutritious dinner for just £3.

"From now until November 3, a selection of Joseph Holt food houses across the north west – including The Millhouse in Warrington - will be dishing up a specially crafted child-friendly menu featuring a wide variety of mains and sides.

"Delicious dishes include classic crispy battered fish, creamy tomato and mascarpone pasta, mouthwatering buttermilk chicken and sizzling beef burgers.

"All served with a choice of vegetables and salads as well as a spud option of choice – such as chips, skinny fries, or mash."

Paul Longmire, marketing manager for Joseph Holt, said: “Half-term is a particular challenge for families.

"With the spiralling cost of living, treats and activities may be less available.

"And with so many parents having to work long hours, it's harder to find opportunities for family time.

"We hope our delicious 3-a-head kids’ menu will offer the chance for children and their families to enjoy a wonderful treat."
