THELWALL was due to host a former snooker world champion later this month, where people could put their snooker skills to the ultimate test.
Three-time world champion and Welsh professional, Mark Williams, was booked to hold an exhibition night at Grappenhall and Thelwall Royal British Legion on Friday, October 20 but the snooker player has had to postpone his visit.
He will now be appearing on Friday, April 12.
Attendees will have the exciting chance to watch one of the greatest players in snooker in action as well as play up against him.
General tickets are £35 while those wishing to take on the professional pay £100.
The household name is often commended for his long potting ability, earning him the nickname, ‘The Welsh Potting Machine’.
