SCHOOLS in Warrington spent more than £2.3million on supply teachers in the last year, it can be revealed.

A Freedom of Information request submitted to Warrington Borough Council asked the council to reveal how much each of the schools under its control spent on supply teachers between September 2022 and August 2023.

When asked, the council confirmed that the figures below are accurate and correct.
