A LATCHFORD school carried out its annual inauguration service to welcome its new year seven pupils.

Sir Thomas Boteler held the traditional service at St Elphin’s Parish Church on Church Street on Tuesday.

Head of the school, Beverley Scott-Herron, reflected on the ‘truly amazing’ event which welcomed the most junior year group to the school.
