Artisan markets return to Birchwood Shopping Centre

The markets, organised by Independent Street, aim to showcase the very best of local independent produce.

Whether hand-baked goods, sweet treats, or arts and crafts, there is always something for everyone at the markets.

On Saturday, September 23, the markets will return to Birchwood Shopping Centre for a day full of retail therapy.

Lisa Cowley, from Independent Street, said: "We cannot wait to drop anchor again at Birchwood Shopping Centre.

"We will be showcasing both inside the mall and outside Entrance Four.

"There will be lots to keep our mini visitors entertained including the play park in our event space - Independent Street is the perfect place to shop and mooch and just spend some time with the people who matter."

There will be plenty more independent stalls and traders available on the day, too.

As always, the outdoor market section is dog-friendly, and the artisan markets are free to enter.
