TAKE a look inside a new fitness studio that has been opened in Warrington by a passionate personal trainer.

After working as a personal trainer for six years, Amanda Chambers has expanded her business by opening Omni-fit Studio 4105.

Warrington Guardian:

Based on Craven Court in Winwick, Amanda is aiming to support the community in making lifestyle changes in both fitness and wellbeing.

Amanda, 40, said: “I have always been passionate about fitness and I strive to see my clients achieve their goals.

Warrington Guardian:

"Not just physically, but also seeing the positive impact it has to their mental wellbeing.”

The studio offers a membership programme that consists of group personal training sessions as well as nutritional education, support and accountability.

These classes vary from strength, to cardio resistance, to boxing.

And there are also options for one-to-one, two-to-one, or three-to-one personal training with Amanda as well as two freelance personal trainers Rhian and Bev.

On opening the studio, Amanda, who has always had community-based jobs, said: “It feels overwhelming but I am really excited to be able to help the community to improve their health and wellbeing.”

An opening day was held at Omfi-fit last Sunday to celebrate the studio's opening.
