“It's a worthwhile cause and the centre will make a huge difference in the lives of children and families who need it most.

“Our team have been so excited to get cracking, and as a company, we are very proud of their dedication and efforts working long days and away from home to deliver the project.”

DIY SOS is renowned for its heartwarming stories and incredible home transformations, rallying communities and businesses to come together and create life-changing spaces.

Arch & Wood’s work will help generations of children and young adults for years to come.

Steven Chantler from the firm added: “When the opportunity came to support the DIY SOS Children in Need special, we couldn’t say no.

“As somebody who lost my father earlier this year and has been going through the grieving process, the fact that we were helping out with a special unit for bereaved children has struck a chord with me, and I’m very proud we’re part of the project.”
