BRIDGEWATER High School is celebrating a set of ‘remarkable achievements’ from its students after a very successful GCSE results day.

The pupils at the Appleton school each showed ‘unwavering resilience’ and ‘remarkable stamina’ throughout the examination period – which has been reflected in the school’s high attainment for the year.

Head of the school Keiron Powell summarised this years set of results as ‘truly exceptional’.

He said: “This outcome is a testament to the students' dedication and the collaborative efforts of the entire school community.

“The students have proven that with the right attitude and support, they can achieve remarkable heights.

“These results are not just a testament to academic achievement, but also to the dedication, support, and resilience of our entire school community.”

Attributing the successful grades to a collaborative effort, Mr Powell said a combination of staff and students hard work as well as the families of the pupils were to thank.

“Their positive attitude, remarkable attendance record, and the quality support they received from both school and home have contributed to this outcome,” he added.

“We extend our best wishes. On behalf of everyone at Bridgewater High School, I would like to wish our students all the best in their future endeavours.

“With the spirit they have shown, I am confident that their journey of success will continue.”
