IF you have ever fancied a go in the ring and a chance to learn boxing techniques in a fun no-pressure environment, then you may want to attend LiveWire’s new Fitbox taster sessions.

The new free taster classes are open to everyone and are a great opportunity for people to use the ‘state-of-the-art’ facilities at the Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub.

Combined into 45-minute sessions, you will experience a range of alternating boxing moves and bag work. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own gloves, although gloves can also be provided at the studio.
