LET’S raise a glass to Dead Eyes Cocktail Bar – Warrington’s Best for Cocktails 2023!

There will be extra celebrations this bank holiday weekend at the award-winning town centre bar as owner Graeme Keast and general manager Alex Tennant make a toast to their loyal customers who voted for them to win the latest Best of 2023 title.

Each week, we will be searching for the best Warrington has to offer in different categories.

Ashleigh Hair and Beauty took the first Best of 2023 title – Best for Hair - in Warrington and Tomlins is officially Best for Pies with Bamboo Hair and Beauty being crowned Best for Nails and Heaths 26 is Best for Roast Dinner.

Voting for Warrington’s Best for Breakfast is currently taking place and we’re also looking for nominations in our latest search - Best for Fitness.

Next up was cocktails and as we said cheers to the best ten cocktail places in Warrington, Dead Eyes beat off some tough competition to take the Best for Cocktails title.

Graeme, who has lived in Warrington for 16 years, took over at the pumps in March 2021 and clearly made a good first impression with regulars and new customers alike as they were voted Warrington Best for Burgers last summer.

The talented team has now added Best for Cocktails to their collection with flaming zombies and passion fruit martinis proving popular.

Graeme, who is 36, said: “We serve award-winning street food and now award-winning cocktails – we pride ourselves on being the best at everything we do.

“We are also striving to deliver the best experience for our customers.

“During the week you can enjoy a cocktail and play beer pong – always great fun – and at weekends during the day there’s a more relaxed vibe where people can order drinks in our cocktail den.

“In the evenings, we have live music and then the party really starts.”

He added: “We wanted to create a safe space in an Irish-style bar environment where customers can come and have the best night, even if they’re on their own.

“Our menu has been created by our staff, who all have drinks named after them, and the ingredients we use are the best we can buy.

“They put pride into every drink they make and they’re passionate about quality cocktails.

“The team at Dead Eyes deserves this award as they really are the best at what they do.”

But what do the customers think of Dead Eyes and their award-winning cocktails? Why did they deserve to win the award?

“The zombies are amazing” according to one nomination and they continued with “a winner every time”.

Another said: “Great staff, great cocktails and a great atmosphere.”

What more could you ask for?

Graeme added: “Warrington has lots of great cocktail bars as well as restaurants that sell cocktails and they all have so many customers.

“We have fans - people that will rave about us!

“A great cocktail is only part of it – a great venue and a great atmosphere to enjoy your cocktails is what really makes it.”
