AN underpass in the town centre has been transformed by a collaboration between youths and a local artist.

Youngsters benefiting from the work of Warrington Youth Zone came together with artist Tim Twist in order to transform the derelict underpass in the centre of town.

Now, images show the remarkable work that has been done by the collaborative team in order to breathe new life into the underpass.

The artwork that was created has been inspired by the town itself, and reflects well-known landmarks from across Warrington.

Our photographer Dave Gillespie captured the brilliant new underpass in these stunning photos.
