BENTS Garden and Home is to host its annual Easter fun run once again.

The 'Big Bunny Hop' will take place on Sunday, April 16.

This year's chosen charity is the Motor Neurone Disease Association, and the team at Bents are hoping that the sponsored run will raise funds and awareness for the charity.

Bents was recently named the best garden centre in the north west, and has earned a place in the final of the best family-run businesses, too.

Speaking about the annual event to the Warrington Guardian, Bents Garden and Home said: "Who doesn’t love a chocolate reward?

"Hop along to the 'Big Bents Bunny Hop' where all participants will receive a medal, drink and chocolate treat for completing Bents’ annual charity 5k, all in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

"Whether you choose to walk, run or hop, let’s do it together to help defeat MND."

This is just one of many Easter activities that is being run from the ever-popular garden centre this year.

Bents added: "Starting at 9.30am from outside the Pet Place, participants will make their way through Windy Bank Woods before returning to Bents where rewards await.

"The route will be fully signposted and is suitable for all ages and abilities and dogs are welcome too!

"All entries will help kick-start fundraising for Bents’ 2023 Charity of the year."
