Stockport Road
A MAJOR road in Thelwall is set to close overnight for eight weeks
Carriageway resurfacing will begin on Stockport Road from April 17.
This is from its junction with Stanton Road to the junction with Lymm Road.
And also from its junction with A56 Stockport Road for 50 metres along the following lengths of road: All Saints Drive; Halfacre Lane; Bell Lane and Deans Lane.
Work will rum between 7pm and 1am, as and when signed on site.
Access will be under the control of the relevant contractor for the duration of the works. The alternative route will be via Camsley Lane, Booths Hill Road, Elm Tree Road, Cherry Lane, Cliff Lane, Knutsford Road and vice versa.
