A WELLBEING charity's flagship branch is set to open in Warrington.

Caring Connections specialises in providing social care services to vulnerable adults, bereavement counselling, community wellbeing projects and suicide prevention training.

The charity is entering its 31st year and is 'really excited' to be opening the new branch in Warrington.

Caring Connections says it will be specifically targeting vulnerable adults across the Warrington West area, providing high-quality care services.

The organisation won a place in the Top 100 employers to work for across the UK in 2021, this being for their dedication to supporting their employees, placing their wellbeing as a priority.

They also were the winners of the Merseyside Independent Business Awards Employer of the Year and overall winner 2022.

Caring Connections even featured in a new BBC social care documentary, and members of staff were invited to the Prime Minister's social care 'thank you' event.

Amanda Holden, care services manager of Caring Connections, said: “We are really excited to open up this new branch in Warrington and look forward to supporting the Warrington community.

"We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and also provide the best employment experience of working in social care.

“We have many opportunities for both new and experienced staff to join our charity so please contact us if you would like to know more.

“Over the next year we will be developing a range of new community projects all focused on improving the wellbeing of some of Warrington's most vulnerable residents."
