A HOUSE in Lymm has submitted planning applications for the construction of an outhouse set to house a private swimming pool.
Not only that, but the swimming pool is planned to be complete with male and female changing rooms.
The outhouse would also have a steam room and sauna, as well as a 'plant room.'
Plans also include the provision for an outdoor kitchen adjacent to the planned outhouse.
Three separate planning applications were submitted on behalf of the landowners of Greygarth, on The Avenue, Lymm.
One application included proposals for an extension to the home, referencing the rear of the building and the loft.
The second application is for the detached outbuilding which is planned to house the private pool, gym, sauna, and outdoor kitchen.
A third proposal includes plans for another detached outbuilding, this one expected to house a garage, garden store, and home working facilities for an office space.
According to floor plans submitted on the council's planning portal, the garage will have spaces for up to five vehicles.
Floor plans available for the property on Zoopla suggest the landowner already has a tractor garage, a double garage, a single stable, and a double stable - as well as a 'gym/workshop' area, too.
All of the proposals are under consideration by Warrington Borough Council's planning committee, with decisions to be made on all three applications by Tuesday, February 14.
The area in question is an exclusive location within Lymm, with this property currently being valued at almost £1.7million by Zoopla.
Greygarth was last sold in 2010 for £999,999, according to figures from HM Land Registry.
The detached property has five bedrooms, three baths, and four receptions.
All three applications are for Section 192 certificates for the land, which means any subsequent developments on the land - as long as they are in keeping with approved plans - are considered lawful.
The plans were submitted to Warrington Borough Council at the end of December, with a decision due on Tuesday, February 14.
