A WHOLE host of new businesses have snapped up spaces on the coveted workspaces available at Birchwood Park.
The industrial site is the North West's largest out-of-town business space, and is now home to almost 20 new businesses - all of which joined the park in the first half of 2022.

Medical communications company Simplifying Science, school software provider October Resolutions, trade union Prospect, leading health and safety practice PM Connections and recruitment provider LivRecruit are among the new wave of occupiers to have joined the park this year.
Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, said: “Despite the ongoing economic uncertainty that has followed the fallout from the pandemic, many organisations have re-evaluated what their office space does for them.
"With Birchwood Park having purpose-built facilities, services and amenities, we are thrilled that more organisations have chosen to join our thriving business community here in the heart of the North West."
Over the last few months we've been working hard refreshing and improving our Meeting & Events menus & we are excited to invite you to our first Open House of the year!

Overall, 34 businesses are committed to remaining on the site in Birchwood, leasing a combined total of nearly 14,000 square feet.
Work at the business park is always ongoing - in June, new work began on additional space on the site, which is set to bring an extra 161,000 square feet to the park.
