GREAT Sankey will once again host artisan markets this weekend - this time with a spooky Halloween twist.
This is the biggest lineup of stalls that the markets in Sankey have experienced, with a mammoth 80 vendors flocking to the area on Saturday, October 15.
Featuring award-winning food, drinks and beverages, and lots of arts and crafts, the markets will have something for everyone.
The market's vendors will be in costume, too - with the best-dressed marketeer receiving a free stall at next month's market.
Organisers of the market, Independent Street, says there will be 'lots of treats, and no tricks, we promise!'
There will be live music, too, and the markets are free - plus being dog-friendly, too.
Vendors include award-winning 'To Pie For,' as well as 'Cheshire Cheesecakes,' 'Riverside Spirits,' and 'Dawn to Dusk Soap.'
For those starting to plan ahead for the Christmas season, this will be an ideal opportunity to get some gift ideas.
The markets always feature vendors selling cakes and bakes, street food, handcrafted jewellery, art, prints, spirits, liqueurs, and more.
Great Sankey Artisan Markets will be held on Saturday, October 15, between 10am and 4pm, at The Woodlands Pub on Liverpool Road, Great Sankey.
