Ryan Hodgson, of Wargrave Road, was charged with driving without a licence, MoT and insurance and failing to stop on April 15.

The Neighbourhood Officers seized the bike and arrested the 19-year-old after he was reported riding in the Trees Estate, Newton.

The teenager is to appear at St Helens Magistrates Court on May 2.
