WARRINGTON town centre is set to see the return of the outdoor makers' market next weekend.

The market will be in Time Square on Sunday, September 11, between 11am and 4pm.

There promises to be something for everyone on the day, with stalls ranging from homemade street food to arts and crafts, locally-brewed liqueurs, and craft coffee.

For those with furry companions, the event is entirely dog-friendly, so four-legged friends are more than welcome at the market.

According to the organisers, there will be a 'fantastic array of the most talented local artisans and makers'.

The makers' market is held in Warrington on the second Sunday of each month, and features a whole host of local vendors - including the newly-crowned 'best dessert in Warrington' White Lace Bakery.

Featuring 'seriously decadent cakes, bakes and desserts', and 'irrestible street food', the markets are promising to ensure that nobody leaves with an empty stomach.

One of the vendors at the markets in the past was Tingling, which specialises in homemade hot sauce, as well as To-Pie-For, which makes handcrafted pies.

As well as food and drink stalls, there will be vendors selling home decor and wax melts, as well as crystals and charms - plus handcrafted jewellery, too.

The makers' market is free to enter, and will be in Time Square on Sunday, September 11, between 10am-4pm.
