Haniz World Buffet
The ‘newly created upmarket’ 200-seater Haniz World Buffet is up for sale.
The multi-cuisine buffet restaurant is being sold as a ‘turnkey business opportunity’ for a lucky new owner.
After being founded in 2020, Haniz is now on the market for £139,995.
Donut’s Planet Warrington
This popular dessert franchise in the heart of Warrington is on the market.
Purchased in 2019, the owners are looking to move on to another venture.
Estate agents Holton Smythe claim there is ‘scope for expansion’ with this sale.
The business is listed for £19,995.
Dora Thornley’s
This high street retail property is on the market for £10,000.
Estate agents Morgan Williams claim this is a ‘fantastic opportunity to purchase a valuable late night hot food takeaway lease’.
The facility is fully fitted and ready to trade immediately.
Café Fresh
This four-bedroom house with adjourning shop – which are both currently separately let – is on the market.
The shop is let as a café, Café Fresh, and boasts a seating area, counter, cooking facilities, two store rooms and WC.
There is also a double garage to the rear.
This is listed for £240,000.
