DOES a 32-18 Warrington Wolves win against Toulouse Olympique sound familiar?

It should do.

The Wire won 32-18 in Toulouse in February in Super League Round 3, and then last night they beat them 32-18 at home.

England international half-back George Williams scored a try in each win.

Is that what the French call déjà vu?

Funnily enough, Warrington also defeated Salford Red Devils 32-18 at home in April.

Prior to 2022, the last time Wolves beat a side by that scoreline was at home against Widnes in Easter 2018.

In another stat related to the home win against Toulouse on Thursday, The Wire have avoided a humiliating record.

Their joint worst Super League season in terms of number of victories is 1998 and 2002 with just seven wins.

Warrington now have eight W's on this year's Super League ladder.
