Travellers move onto popular playing fields
TRAVELLERS have moved onto Dallam Playing Fields.
Six caravans and associated vehicles moved onto the land off Longshaw Street yesterday, Tuesday.
A council officer is due to visit the site today.
It is close to houses on Tarvin Avenue.
It is the fourth current encampment currently in Warrington.
As previously reported, seven caravans are currently on Peel Hall Park and allowed to stay until tomorrow, Thursday.
There are also six on Olympic Way in Birchwood and five on Birchwood Boulevard.
