A WARRINGTON company that has worked on Peaky Blinders and the new Batman film has moved its head office to Birchwood.

Buddha Group, which hires film, TV and large events, has continued its rapid expansion in Warrington by taking on new offices in Birchwood to act as its head office.

The firm, which has also worked on Indiana Jones, has leased the whole of 11A Olympic Park.

The site totals more than 4,000 sq ft for a straight five-year term.

And the new head office will house the company’s hire, finance, training and operations teams along with senior management to support the main depot operations just a mile away.

The lease has been confirmed with asset manager Prime Property Consultancy, which itself used to occupy the premises prior to a relocation to Manchester in 2020.

Imran Younus, commercial director of Prime Property said: “We are delighted to welcome Buddha Group to Olympic Park and look forward to seeing them grow their business in the North West and around the UK over the coming years”

Rupert Wakefield, managing director of Buddha Group added: "We are seeing massive growth in the Film and TV Sectors within the North of England at the moment and Warrington is such a great central location for us to service that demand.

"Olympic Park is geographically perfect for what we do right now and it also helps that it's just a mile from our main depot.

“With large events now returning to the diary, we are busier than ever so it's been great to secure these additional premises with the help of Richard and Imran so quickly."
