NEIGHBOURHOOD is back – and back with a bang.
The annual music extravaganza kicked off in Victoria Park yesterday, Saturday, and even the sun came out for the occasion.
Festivalgoers were treated to a symphony of different artists and bands throughout the day, including some of the biggest names in the music business.
The Main Stage saw Pip Blom open the festival shortly after midday, with the likes of The Fratellis, The Lathums, James Bay, DMA’s and Courteeners also performing.
Meanwhile, those in the Big Top experienced sets from Crawlers, Scouting for Girls, Example and Becky Hill.
The Viola Beach Stage also saw plenty of quality music action through the likes of Tommy Lefroy, Brooke Combe, Noisy and The Royston Club.
Here is a selection of photos from day one of Neighbourhood Weekender festival snapped by our photographer Dave Gillespie.
