Every year, people get caught out and have items turned away that they cannot bring into the Victoria Park festival.
So, we have rounded up a full list to save you the hassle:
- Bags 'bigger than an A4 piece of paper' will not be allowed and backpacks cannot be brought in.
- Illegal substances – a pretty obvious one but drugs are banned as are legal highs
- Glass (of any kind) or cans
- Spray cans
- Laser equipment or pens
- Gas canisters
- Fireworks, flares, Chinese lanterns, klaxons or air horns
- Bikes, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, personal motorised vehicles (unless a Motability scooter)

- Chairs of any sort
- Food and drink – No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the event apart from a sealed bottle of water
- Medication – Please bring any medication that you would normally take and tell your friends about any allergies that you have. Medication can be safely stored and refrigerated at the event First Aid point on-site if required and all medication must be self-administered
