WARRINGTON has been named the eighth-best place for home renovations in the United Kingdom.
Research, carried out by Atlas Ceramics, looked at the average property price, the number and quality of tradesmen and the number of homeware stores in each UK destination.
That has revealed the best and worst places to renovate your home.
And with an average property price of £247,695, 610 people per trade company, an average of 9.74/10 for tradesmen reviews and 1,509 people per DIY or homeware shop lead to an overall home renovating score of 6.58/10 for Warrington.
Portsmouth topped the list with an overall score of 7.96, Southampton followed in second with 7.60 and in third was Sunderland with 7.40.
And since Warrington is so highly-rated for home renovations, we want to see before and after pictures of your homes across town.
